I am a mother of a 7 years old, with a strong background from my Italian culinary culture. I never stop feeding my passion for food. I have been growing up surrounded by recipes and gastronomy tips. My skills and competencies develop as much as I am traveling and tasting. Many classes and dinner in tops restaurant have been the secrets to enjoy for becoming a chef. I love spread knowledge about food, I believe it is one of the primary way to enjoy life, for this reason I am chasing to give people the possibility to appreciate and figure out what is possible to do with some more information. I am curious about food innovation and true lover of tradition, I appreciate a good balance between them.

In the end even it is at least, Kitchens, wherever they are, make me feel at home.

Gabriella was a delight and gave us the history of each dish. We would definitely do this again.

Chef Gabriela cooked us an amazing meal for my fiancé’s birthday !! She helped create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere as if we were on vacation in Italy and left the kitchen sparkling clean! I thoroughly recommend the experience to everyone !

Chef Gabriella did a brilliant job for a surprise 40th birthday. She was well prepared, diligent and most importantly made very yummy food especially the ossobuco and crostata. She also did an amazing job cleaning up. All guests enjoyed themselves and were very satisfied with the dining experience. We would most definitely recommend Chef Gabriella if you are looking for homemade Italian food made with love and care.
