I’m a professional chef with more than 12 years of experience.
I have a solid academic background in learning traditional cuisine and new techniques, extensive experience in restaurants, hotels and gourmet restaurants, I will be the perfect cook for lunch or dinner as if you were in a Restaurant in Barcelona .
I completed my education at Hoffman Restaurant in Barcelona (awarded a Michelin star since 2004), with the commitment to continuously improve by studying new techniques, based on respect and the best selection of raw materials
and worked in gastronomic restaurants in Barcelona where I developed my culinary career
