Chef with 5 years experience, went to chef school in Santiago, Chile. After my studies I moved to France where I worked for a year and a half at different restaurants from the group Georges Blanc. I later came to Copenhagen to work at restaurant Bror and then Format. For the past two years I've been working as a research chef at Alchemist.
