I cook for you in your own space, creating a simple moment that feels special.
I am a private chef, trained in French gastronomy, with a modern and sensitive approach to cooking.
After several years working in fine dining restaurants, I naturally moved towards private chef work, which truly matches my personality and my vision of a meaningful and passionate profession. What drives me is the direct relationship with the client — understanding their expectations, adapting to each context, and working within the unique constraints of every stay or event. This constant adaptation challenges me and pushes me to grow.
I am particularly sensitive to service, to the beauty of a table, and to creating a suspended moment around food. In my work, nothing is left to chance. From the selection of ingredients to the creation of the menu, and down to the final plating, every detail has intention.
My cuisine is creative, precise, and refined. I focus on seasonal products, balanced flavors, and thoughtful textures.
Sharing is also an important part of my work. I have taught cooking classes for over a year, which allowed me to develop a natural ease in communication and a strong ability to transmit my knowledge.
