I'm a young chef who really like his Italian tradition but i even really like to try new dishes from all over the world
I am a passionate guy, i started working in a hotel kitchen when i was 15 and since then I always worked.
I got my culinary diploma in a cooking school in Italy.
I had a couple of experiences with Michelin starred chef and at the moment i work at hart bageri, it's a really good opportunity for me to improve on classic pastry skills.
