My name is Mattia,an Italian Chef with almost 10 years of experience in Italian cuisine in different countries around the world!
I started working at 17 years old after finishing culinary school in Italy.
My first job was as a kitchen helper and dishwasher in the mountains of northern Italy,and since then i travelled around the globe working in different countries including Portugal,USA,Belgium,France and now Denmark. I'm a food enthusiast,i love cooking and it is something that drives me everyday. I am now the Sous Chef of an Italian Restaurant in Copenaghen,seeking to build connections and present my cooking to other people!
