I am a chef from Canada. I developed a passion for cooking at a young age which led me to move to Europe. I have worked all throughout Scandinavia at various 1 to 3 michelin star restaurants. I have spent the last years working at restaurant 108 and Restaurant Geranium. I am currently working as a chef de partie at restaurant Noma.
