I'm Nesrin, a chef, storyteller, and dreamer, shaped by Istanbul and rooted now in Copenhagen.

I’ve been in the kitchen since I could skillfully roll vine leaves (I was seven). The flavors I carry, the recipes I remember, and the traditions I grew up with—they all travel with me.

Chef Nesrin Eren was incredible!! She was engaging and informative, warm and fun, but best of all she was a wonderful chef. It was elegantly presented and tasted devine. The taste was unique and sublime. Afterwards, we canceled another dinner reservation so we could have her leftovers.

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Nesrin into our home as our private chef and we are still in blown away! From the very first moment, Nesrin impressed us with her extreme punctuality and professionalism. Everything was perfectly timed and beautifully prepared. But what truly set the evening apart was her passion and storytelling. Each dish came with a thoughtful, personal introduction that brought Turkish cuisine to life in the most wonderful way. And the food? Absolutely magical. Every bite was a revelation. Nesrin didn’t just cook, she opened our eyes (and hearts!) to the richness, depth, and joy of Turkish flavors. We can honestly say: everything was perfect. An unforgettable experience from start to finish. Thank you, Nesrin, we’re already dreaming of the next dinner!
