German in Denmark spreading Italian vibes - currently in Osaka, Japan
Basically born in the Restaurant, since my parents used to run a Restaurant themselves I decieded to do the only education my father didn't want me to do and I became a chef. I was cooking in various Restaurants in Germany, after in France, Italy and finally I was working at restaurants in Copenhagen, such as Bæst and Famo.
Now I am 27 years old and through traveling around the world I got influenced by the most different cultures of food which finally doesn't make my dishes more complex but more pure.
