I uphold model standards when it comes to food safety and hygiene, and come equipped with a variety of specialist skills, which I can bring anywhere. I use modern and traditional techniques and can confidently work within complex kitchen environments. For me, cooking is about freedom of expression, and I look forward to further developing my art as a chef within the culinary world.
