I can describe myself as an open to minded, quick learning person obsessed with details.
Hello!
I am a 24 year-old cook with 4 years of experience in the industry. I always wanted to create something ,something unique and only belong to me thats why i studied architecture in Milan during that time i realised that i don't want to create buildings i want to create my own plate my own dish. Milan and Italian food feed my passion of cook, when i graduate i was know that i 'm not going to be an architect.
I started my education in Culinary Arts Academy in Istanbul, Turkey 4 years ago. At beginning I was afraid to lose more time trying a new job, but when i entered to kitchen i felt that i'm belong there. Not design buildings but design plates. Getting close with nature , learning different ingredients was most exciting part for me.
I can describe myself as an open to minded, quick learning person obsessed with details. In addition I really like to know new people at work and share their knowledge and experiences.
