I have been a professional chef and baker since 1990, I have tried everything from my own two restaurant, to opening and operating the kitchen at one of the north's largest hotels bella sky, besides that I have worked in a canteen for 700, have done function up 1100 and worked at Noma so I have been around, the last place I have been is hotel skt Petri which is a five star hotel with two restaurants.
