I am a young chef with great experience, lover or nature and travel. Seeking inspiration in traditional food of my homecountry and world.
Raised in a family where cooking great food was concidered normal. My father is chef de cusine, and he always applied strict rules of cooking at home.
After getting a degree in hotel management and hospitality i got a diploma of ecological agriculture.
I have been working as a chef since i was 15, and I continually developed in different restourants and hotels.
