Passionate Chef, I seek perfection in every dish
I have worked every role there is to learn in a kitchen all throughout Croatia. I am currently working the role as an executive chef, where I find myself developing menus daily, inspired by the local and seasonal ingredient availability. My motivation and inspiration are found in modern cuisine, recognizing the importance of taste, texture, and presentation. Brings fresh and innovative style to the kitchen and generally to the gastronomic scene of the city. I am currently based on the island of Brač, but who knows where my culinary journey will take me next!
