Chef Ivo Ivcevic

I have worked as head chef on private and charter-yachts from 2009 until today. Devoted to my profession, I have had the honor to cook for prestigious yacht owners and their families and guests, as well as at their private villas in the mainland.

This amazing experience of the last almost 10 years have allowed me to sail the Mediterranean sea, through Spain, Southern France, Italy, Greece, Montenegro and Croatia. Before my career as a private chef, I was a chef for 11 years in some of the best Croatian restaurants such as Marmont, Luna or Bellvue.

I am passionate about provisioning at local markets and discovering local produce, recipes and delicacies. Friendly, highly skilled and enthusiastic about my work, I can provide many types of cuisine to an extremely high level. My specialties are Classical and Contemporary French cuisine, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian and also cooking considering special dietary requirements. I also love pastry!
