If I stop cooking, I'll die!

I am a professional vegan and gluten free chef.

I have four years of experience working as a Chef Researcher in big food industry.

My job was to create new product prototypes. I work a lot by food pairing, which means that I combine ingredients by using chemical compounds.

I was on education in Sweden, and in a few restaurants and hotels, across Croatia.

Currently I'm an executive Chef at vegan restaurant and vegan/gluten free bakery.

Love to create modern and different recipes.

I do a lot of food photography, because good food, deserves a good photo.

My main goal is to show people that vegan and gluten free food can be creative, modern and delicious.
