I am a professional vegan and gluten free chef.
I've worked at one of the biggest food industries in Croatia, as a Chef Researcher, at the department of Research & Development.
My job was to create new product prototypes, to create new and innovative recipes out of our products, so our customers could use products in many different ways.
I work a lot by food pairing, which means that I combine ingredients by using chemical compounds, on that way I create innovative dishes and products.
I went on education in Sweden, and in a few restaurants and hotels, across Croatia.
Also I worked as an executive Chef at vegan restaurant and vegan/gluten free bakery in Zagreb.
Currently I'm working on opening my own food production in Zagreb, and along the way I keep myself busy by working on few more projects.
I do a lot of food photography, because good food, deserves a good photo.
My main goal is to show people that vegan and gluten free food can be creative, modern and delicious, but also I like to make traditional meals on my way.
