My passion for cooking began in childhood and led me to pursue formal training at the culinary school in Split.

With over ten years of experience in professional kitchens, I have sharpened my skills and built a strong culinary identity in some of Split’s finest restaurants. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning from Croatia’s top chefs, who taught me how to unlock the full potential of every ingredient.

Today, I lead the kitchen at restaurant Kadena, a Michelin recommended restaurant, where I focus on presenting traditional Dalmatian cuisine in a modern and creative way, using only the finest locally sourced ingredients.
