I have been employed as a private chef for 7 years, catering primarily to high net worth clients. Being very independently driven and self-sufficient, I have thrived operating my own private chef/catering business as well as on contract for single clients. I have traveled to work for many clients and families over the years domestically and internationally and am accustomed to acclimating to the environment presented to me. I am confident in cooking a diverse array of regional cuisines as well as vegan, raw and gluten free meals - along with unique animal proteins. With 20+ years of professional experience in just about every culinary related vocation, planning, scheduling, prep, menu writing, cleanliness, organization and working under pressure are second nature to me. I am just as comfortable providing intimate, elevated dining experiences for small groups as I am catering weddings, large parties, family vacations and business conferences.
