Chef Alice Losi

I studied for three years in a beauty school to become a basic beautician. Then, I spent another entire year to become a technician in aesthetic and thermal treatments. During that last year, I discovered many things; I was fascinated by the world of energies and the approach to body health. After two years of working as a massage therapist in a beauty center, I decided to change direction and pursue a career in the restaurant industry. I fell in love with it. I am learning to combine the body care I studied in school with healthy eating (and consequently, care for the mind).
