I’m a professions chef with more than 10 years experience.

I’ve been working in Ireland since 2017 as chef de partie to sous chef in different hotel and busy restaurants, since then to get my first position as head chef in a seafood restaurant.

I’ve great passion about food, developing simple casual dining menus to also fine dining.

We've booked chef Angelo and Ilaria for our 5th wedding anniversary dinner that also doubled as a celebration of our newly bought house. From the beginning they were very pleasant to deal with and accommodating of my wife's vegetarian dietary requirements. Together we agreed on a menu that would bring back memories from our wedding in the south of France. On the day, they arrived a couple of hours before the agreed dinner time and began preparations in a quiet and respectful manner. The dishes served to us were nothing short of spectacular. Ingredients used were fresh and of great quality. Each dish was well though through and composed to perfection. Portions were very generous. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was left spotless clean. We couldn't recommend chef Angelo enough.

We booked Angelo for a birthday celebration at our rented accommodation whilst on holiday. From start to finish we were well looked after!! Angelo took great care to cater for all dietary requirements which was really appreciated. Both Angelo and Ilaria were really friendly and warm it was a pleasure to meet them! The food was DELICIOUS and beautifully presented, as was the lovely table. They did a thorough job cleaning up too. Would highly recommend, thanks again both!
