I’m a professions chef with more than 10 years experience.
I’ve been working in Ireland since 2017 as chef de partie to sous chef in different hotel and busy restaurants, since then to get my first position as head chef in a seafood restaurant.
I’ve great passion about food, developing simple casual dining menus to also fine dining.
