My name is Anna Darling. I am a Cork based private chef with classical training from Le Cordon Bleu. After curating my skills in some of the top restaurants across the UK and Ireland, I now bring my expertise directly to clients’ homes. I have a passion for exceptional local Irish produce from that I create ingredient led dishes that celebrate some of the best produce in the world.
