Get to know me better

Taking my passion for using the best of local and seasonal ingredients I create dishes that are comforting, creative and delicious.

I am a professional chef for the last three years. After doing the Ballymaloe Cookery Course I moved to Australia where I have worked ever since. I initially worked at the popular wine bar Hope St Radio and then moved onto the beautiful garden to table restaurant Julie situated in the Abbotsford Convent where I worked as sous chef. In addition I have worked a number of pop ups and catering events during my time as a chef working with brands including Aesop, Salomons, Mecca and ByRedo as well as private dinner services for clients. I am driven by creating an intimate experience of food, connection and community for all my guests no matter the venue or setting.
