Italian food with a mix of Asian and south American.

I'm a chef in Dublin.

I started 6 years ago like pizza chef and then I did a pastry and bakery course and I started to work like pastry chef.

Then I moved in a busy cafe, learn different dishes, like vegan, vegetarian and fermented food.

I really love cook and make people happy with this.

I can prepare for you a full menu from the starters until the dessert.
