Get to know me better
I am a passionate chef that is focused on creating tasty food while also paying attention to sourcing and seasonality of my ingredients!
I have been working in the hospitality industry since 2011—originally cooking simple, classic-style roast dinners at an organic food market in San Francisco, California, and most recently cooking at the Michelin-starred D'Olier Street Restaurant in Dublin, Ireland. Growing up in San Francisco exposed me to a wide range of authentic and diverse cuisines, shaping both my palate and cooking style from an early age.
My passion for food and cooking led me to Barcelona, Spain, where I completed a course in Haute Cuisine. After spending about a year cooking in Barcelona, I returned to San Francisco to manage and run banquets at the Michelin-starred Mister Jiu's in Chinatown.
Through my experience in casual to more fine-dining restaurants and high-volume service, I’ve become an adaptable and well-seasoned (pun intended) chef. I strive to create a memorable culinary experience that caters to a wide variety of tastes. My real passion is creating warm, nourishing, comfort food that is catered to you.

I worked in catering and casual eateries for nearly 10 years before studying at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona in 2021.

My secret in the kitchen is to taste everything. Sometimes things taste a bit different depending on the season or where its coming from-- taste it!
