I’m a Brazilian chef with over 13 years of experience in professional kitchens, including time working alongside two Michelin-starred chefs in Brazil. These opportunities allowed me to develop advanced techniques in modern and contemporary cuisine. My culinary foundation is rooted in Brazilian and Italian traditions, and over the past few years in Ireland, I’ve deepened my craft through natural fermentation and artisanal baking. I’m passionate about creating soulful, well-executed food that bridges cultures and brings people together.
