I'm Gloria Di Francesco,

Founder of Running The Pass, a Irish-based culinary business specializing in private chef services, recipe development, food content creation, and brand partnerships.

My love of cooking started very early in life while observing my granmothers cooking, but it took several hotel and restaurant seasons working in front of the house in Italy and Ireland for me to finally turn it into a private career. I launched Running The Pass as a way to build a business around the things I love most: cooking for people, developing recipes, and sharing food stories.

Through Running The Pass, I provide private chef services for intimate dinners, celebrations, brand events, and other bespoke culinary experiences. I also work with food, beverage, and lifestyle brands on recipe development and original digital content designed to connect with audiences in an authentic way.

Across recipes, videos, and behind-the-scenes moments, my goal is always the same: to make good food feel approachable, inspiring, and worth gathering around.
