I am professional chef with over 20 years experience working in many different areas of hospitality, from Michelin starred restaurants to my own taco truck, I’ve been lucky to have experienced a lot.
Straight after graduating from a degree in Pharmacology I took a different path in life and moved to Antibes which started a 20year love affair with France, its people ,cooking and philosophy on life. I worked in a restaurant kitchen and a charcuterie which I accredit my love for regional French cuisine.
