My name is Juliana, I’m originally from Brazil, but been living in Ireland for about 15 years.

I always love to cook, and start learning from my Mother, grandmother.

Did many cookery courses over the years. Graduate in 2022 as a functional, natural chef.

Been working since 2021 in my little home based bakery (functional bakery) where I make gluten free and lactose free food and baking. Also low carb and vegan.
