I offer an exciting and unique dining experience based on my culinary journey from around the globe.

Over the past 20 years as a chef I have had professional training and experience in a range of 5 star Hotels & Resorts, Luxuary Cruise Liners & Country House Hotels and gaining knowledge of Asian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern just to name a few.

I am extremely skilled at putting my own stamp on traditional dishes, creating new combinations and experimenting with new flavours while being carefull not to compromise the freshness and originality of the food I prepare.

I like to learn new cooking techniques and ideas and always looking to expand my culinary skills for both furthering my knowledge and as well as passing that to my colleagues.

Being a native Sri Lankan and learning various other cuisines puts me in the perfect arena in creating great tasting dishes.

Keith was very helpful, organised and professional and was happy to accommodate our requirements, which were not straightforward as there were two teens to be catered for. Every dish tasted beautiful and portions were generous. We chatted with Keith about places he has worked and about working as a chef in general and he was very interesting. He also gave us some food preparation tips which we'll be trying out. Keith left our kitchen spotless with the leftovers ready for storage (and there were plenty). The adults had mushroom rosotto, tomato soup, lamb osso bucco, tiramisu and panna cotta. The teens had garlic bread, tomato soup, spaghetti with tomato sauce, and banana sundaes. Everyone was wowed by the soup, and the teens declared that the pasta sauce was as good as they've had in Italy. The risotto was rich and creamy, and the lamb delicious in its rich red wine sauce, with the creamiest mash we're ever had. This was our first time with a private chef, and it was such a good experience that we'll definitely be doing it again.
