Im a chef with 15 years experience from fine dining to gastro pubs, corporate catering to BBQ.
My focus is on cooking with local Irish ingredients to create a memorable meal for every diner. All dietary specs can be catered for without compromising on flavour and presentation.
I have great relationships with individual farms which allow me to source the best ingredients and bring them to your table with minimal fuss and interference. The food does the talking
