Passionate about food

Hello to everyone

I am professional chef with 26 years of experience in the culinary industry. But the inspiration I got goes way back when I was a child, watching my grandmother cooking and preparing our food for the whole family. And one day I decided to impress her, so she let me help her with making bread.

More about me

For me, cooking is...

Contemporary cuisine with a Mediterranean touch.

I learned to cook at...

Italy's very famous restaurants

A cooking secret...

Have none. I really like to share all knowledge

My menus

A taste of what I cook. Tell me about your event and I'll send you a proposal built around your guests, allergies and what's in season.

Types of cuisine I prepare

  • Chef's special
  • Mediterranean
