I am a professional chef with 4 years of experience.
I most recently worked as a pastry chef at Aman (luxury 5 stars hotel) but I love to cook savoury dishes as well and experiment with new flavours!
I am Italian but in the last few years I’ve been working around Ireland so I had the opportunity to learn about Irish products and how to get the best out of them!
I (also) love to cook Italian meals for my guests but, as I like to travel a lot, I am always looking into bringing new techniques and ideas to my recipes!
