With over 10 years culinarily experience I’m still very eager to learn and take great pride in completing each task required.
I’m a professional chef with experience in a mix of bar food ,bistro, take away to fine dining. I’m currently working part time for the award winning restaurant Oyster based in Strabane. I started off working as a kp the week before my 13th birthday and never looked back and at 18 I spend 8 months in Spain learning the Spanish cuisine.
