I'm an Italian chef, I studied at the cookery school in Italy ( one on the top of the list around europe) worked and learned with master chef Gualtiero Marchesi . I owned a restaurant in Dublin, I had very good review from the Irish time, lovindublin and others, due to the family growing, I had to close ,but now I'm ready to find a way to manage my family and work again as I can't stay away from a kitchen. I cook only real Italian recepies, my best dishes are hand made ravioli and pasta.
