Passionate about making the best bite you've ever tasted

I am a trained fine dining chef. I am fully HACCP and EHO compliant. I ran my own gourmet bakery in Blackrock market in Dublin and I have experience in fine dining restaurants. In addition I worked as an assistant tutor in the Dublin Cookery School in Blackrock. I have been running my own catering and pop up restaurant business in West Clare for the last year having relocated from Dublin. I have a keen interest in fine dining but I also love to cook specialty cuisines with a particular focus on Indian, Mexican and Asian flavours. I came into the culinary world relatively late having had a successful career in finance which I believe gives me an advantage as a chef in both my wide experience of food and business acumen.

I believe in sourcing the best local and seasonal ingredients and I have developed relationships with organic suppliers.
