I am deeply passionate about food and love sharing my passion with others via this expression.
I have always been passionate about food since I was a kid, truthfully mainly eating it but I’ve always been drawn to the kitchen. To express myself through an art that I didn’t understand had so much power. Since I was 16, I started working in hospitality. I starting off bartending and waiting till I was 18 when I made my move into a luxury hotel restaurant kitchen. This is where I discovered my love and passion for the fire of a kitchen and food. In this time, I gained experience in culinary techniques and most importantly running sections and a service during busy periods. My career in hospitality took off, diving into private dining work and management within other restaurants and clubs.
My experience allows me to bring my passion for food and beverage expertise into your own home.
