Passionate about food and making sure customers always leave happy
I have always been passionate about food since I was a kid, truthfully mainly eating it but the kitchen has always had this drawn to me. To express myself through an art that I didn’t understand had so much power. Since I was 16 I started working in hospitality starting off as bartending and waitering till I was 18 when I made my move into a hotel restaurant kitchen. This is where I discovered my love and passion for the fire of a kitchen and food. In this time I gained experience in culinary techniques and most importantly running sections and a service during busy periods. From this my career in hospitality took off, diving into private dining work and management within restaurants and clubs.
