My style is generous, seasonal, and ingredient-driven, inspired by traditional South African braai and Mediterranean flavors.
I specialize in private in-home dining experiences, cooking everything fresh in the guest’s kitchen and leaving the space clean and discreet afterward. I enjoy creating relaxed but memorable meals — from bold, fire-led braais to refined comfort and sharing-style menus.
I currently work in professional hospitality while building my private chef business, bringing restaurant standards, calm service, and personal attention into every home.
