I'm above all passionate about cooking, nature, gastronomy and life.
Chef specialized in Mediterranean food. I lived a year in Italy where I learned the best of Italian cuisine from Gran Chef Carlo Cracco. I studied at the gastronomy school of the Hotel and Restaurant "Don Alfonso" in MASSA LUBRENSE in SANTA AGATA SUI DUE GOLFI region of Naples. Always well placed on the course, I was invited by Chef Marco Pierre White to cook in London, where I lived for a few years. Also I cooked in Spain, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil.
