Profesional chef from Argentina with over eight years of experience, including restaurants, HNW private households, and charter superyachts
I studied and trained formally as a professional chef in Bariloche, Argentina, and more recently completed a Thai Professional course in Thailand. I am confident working with worldwide cuisines and dietary requirements.
I have worked and traveled throughout South and North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, learning local techniques and culinary traditions. I had the opportunity to work for four years on superyachts during busy seasons in Mexico, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. As a superyacht chef I had the opportunity to cook and study food from many different regions.
