I’m a private chef with over 15 years of professional experience, specializing in comfort food that feels like it came straight from your grandmother’s kitchen. My roots are in Italian-American cooking from the New York area, but my approach is simple: whatever the cuisine, it should be honest, flavorful, and made the right way.

I’ve spent my career working in restaurants and pubs, managing teams and menus while staying focused on what matters most—authentic food, quality ingredients, and consistency. I don’t believe in trendy gimmicks, overly fussy plating, or shortcuts. I believe in food that’s satisfying, familiar, and made with care.

Clients appreciate my organization, reliability, and discretion, as well as the trust that comes from knowing their home, family, or event is being taken care of. My style is warm and personal, and my goal is always the same: to leave people feeling full, comfortable, and genuinely looked after.

Based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, I’m available for in-home private dining, travel assignments, long-term placements, short contracts, and events. Whether it’s a family meal or a special occasion, I cook the kind of food that brings people together and makes them feel at home.
