i am a executive sous chef with more than 24 years of working experience presently working in one of the leading hotel in Sri Lanka.

I am, a chef with 22 years working experience. Pre-opening hotel and well versed in all aspects of kitchens. And Business operations varied from Restaurant, Banquet and Buffet, 5-star Hotels, crew ships, resorts, in the Middle East, Cayman Island and Sri Lanka.

Creative and Innovative in Culinary talent in European, French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Caribbean Cuisine.

My resume shows that I would bring important skills to the position & my experience such as,

Time management, strong organizational skills, motivation & dedication. Checking & monitoring food quality involved preparing a variety of menus, buffets & catering, and functions. Keep the kitchen clean & tidy at all times with HACCP standards. to operate at all times within the statutory and company regulations pertaining to health, hygiene & safety to assist in the preparation for all food to call orders & assist in all areas of the kitchen as needed for cover or training purposes. Maintain an optimum level of stock & replenish stock when necessary.

I am certified by Serve safe American national standard institute (ANSI) conference for food protection (CFP) and certified in Basic Food Hygiene from Island Ship Company Miami U S A.
