My goal is transmit my enthusiasm and my love about the pure seasonal ingredients, to guide people to the exciting journey of international culinary.
I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience. My specialty is Japanese/Asian cuisine, even though have background in mediterranean and international cuisine.
From 2010 I have been working in international brands like "Nobu" ( Nobu Matsuhisa's world famous restaurant chain ), and
"The Arts Club" ( London's most prestigious private membership club in Mayfair ). In The Arts Club I had a chance to cook for people like Prince Harry, David and Victoria Beckham, Gwyneth Paltrow, Beyonce Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Gwyneth Paltrow, and so on….
In 2014 relocated to Barcelona and took the position of Head Chef in the new opening contemporary Japanese restaurant: Yubari
after I organised an opening for a modern organic tapas restaurant in Barcelona. I have been a head chef in one of the biggest restaurant group in Tenerife, Canary Islands (Oriental Monkey Group) with 5 restaurants.
Currently I based in Oslo, and working in "Nodee sky restaurant" ( one of the most famous Japanese restaurant in Oslo ).
