Argentinian grill master bringing authentic asado and fire-kissed dishes to your table!

I am Nahuel, born and raised in Argentina, where I spent 25 years living the tradition of the parrilla. I learned with my father, perfected it in countless family gatherings, and truly mastered it with friends — always with a mate in hand while tending the fire. For me, the asado is more than cooking: it’s ritual, connection, and joy around the grill.

Now in Oslo, I bring Argentina to the table — inviting people to discover the flavors, warmth, and tradition of an authentic parrillada. At the same time, I love to experiment with exotic meats and Nordic ingredients, blending my roots with my new home. Fire is my canvas, and every meal is an experience: a taste of Argentina, reimagined in Norway.
