I have been working as a Chef at a high level since 2017, mainly in Michelin Star Kitchens, some Bistro Concepts and even a Bakery.
Currently I am located in Trondheim and work at Restaurant FAGN.
Thanks to my profession I lived in a few different countries and met a lot of different and interesting people, that shaped my work and also my personality.
