As a Sous Chef in various culinary environments, I have been part of highly

successful kitchen teams in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels and royal

palaces, assisting, preparing and developing creative and seasonally inspired

menus that reflect the highest standards of quality, flavour, and presentation.

Over the years as a Sous Chef, I have had professional experience in a range of

restaurants.

I have culinary training and knowledge in Asian/Indian and as well as in

International and European Cuisine.

I am extremely skilled at putting my own stamp on traditional dishes, creating

new combinations as well as experimenting with new flavours while being careful

not to compromise the freshness and originality of the food I prepare.

I am great at following orders and in working as part of a team but can also work

independently and delegate workloads and take charge when required.

I believe my exceptional culinary expertise, positive outlook and absolute passion
