I’m a professional chef and currently Head Chef in Oslo.
After graduating from culinary school in Italy, I’ve spent the last several years traveling and working in different parts of the world — including one year in China, five months in Saudi Arabia, and three years in Germany. I’ve also worked extensively in Italy before moving to Norway, where I’ve been living and cooking for the past five years.
My international experience has shaped my cooking style — combining Italian roots with global influences and a touch of Nordic simplicity. I love creating seasonal menus, teaching pasta-making, and bringing people together through good food and authentic experiences.
