Pationate Chef, with 12 years Michelin restaurants. I am looking forward to share with you my dishes and new experiences for your palate and eyes.

I am a professionnel chef born in Cameroon, who grew up in France. I grew up in the Jura, a region well known for its wines and cheesses. I strated cooking first because i love to eat. Then came catering school, where i got to feel the happiness that comes with the smiles on the customers faces. That's when i knew that will be my life. I have to satisfy everyone that i will cook for. Cooking for someone is try to make is day as good as i can.

Because Eating is not just to fill the stomach, it is also a way to feed one's soul with joy and positivity. Even under rainy days.

Locate in Bergen since 4 years, i work at Moon restaurant since 4 years also.
