Chef At Home in Stavanger
With
several years of experience in fast-paced, high-quality kitchens
in both Spain and Norway, I bring a strong work ethic, a
proactive attitude, and a deep passion for continuous learning
and culinary excellence.
Most recently, I have been working as a Sous Chef at Harry
Pepper, a well-known Mexican restaurant in Stavanger, since
March 2024. Prior to that, I served as a Sushi Chef and Shift
Leader at Sumo Restaurant and The Sushi Room, where I honed
my skills in food preparation, team coordination, and menu
development. My background also includes training in baking
and pastry arts, as well as formal hospitality education, which
gives me a well-rounded understanding of kitchen operations.
