I am professional chef with 10 years of experience in diferents countrys. Borned in Argentina, worked with traditional food and grilling. For me every meal is a great time. Chimichurri is my favorite sauce. I did hundred of asados for family and friends since teenager, I love to cook Argentinian food with includes empanadas, sorrentinos, asados, paella, all kind of pasta dishes, fish and seafood is also one of my favorite. Love making escabeches either from wild animals or nice vegetables like aubergine.
