Get to know me better

I express myself through cooking, treating every meal as both an artistic creation and a meditative experience.

I was born and raised in Iran, where food is much more than nourishment—it's a way of expressing love, bringing people together, and celebrating creativity. Growing up in that culture sparked a lifelong passion for cooking.

As my curiosity grew, traditional Persian cuisine alone wasn't enough to satisfy my thirst for learning. As a teenager, I spent countless hours exploring recipes from around the world and recreating them in my own kitchen. At the time, I saw cooking as a passion rather than a profession, although I occasionally took on small catering projects alongside my full-time job.

When I moved to Norway, cooking became a way to stay connected to my roots while embracing new cultures and flavors. In 2022, I took on my first professional catering event, and that experience made me realize I wanted to turn my passion into something more.

Today, I'm pursuing a PhD in Psychology, which is my day job and gives me the flexibility to follow my dream of working as a private chef. I love creating memorable dining experiences that combine the warmth of Persian hospitality with inspiration from cuisines around the world.
